All in all, it was great base for travelling to Longwitton. The hotel was in a quiet location near to Northumberland, the national park and the coast and the coast;))

a return trip to longwitton proved even better at this b&b. small but cozy, with tasty breakfasts and friendly hosts. great exploration base for northumberland sights.
tricky staircase for those with mobility issues.
